The private rooms at Aquarius Gold Coast were cozy and comfortable, with fresh linen and blankets that made us feel right at home. The shared bathrooms were clean and the high-powered fans kept us cool during the nights. The rooms also had refrigerators, which was a great convenience for storing our drinks and snacks.
Personally, I found the shared bathrooms a bit inconvenient, but hey, that's just me!

It was convenient for where I needed to be the next morning.
Very loud. I played music through earphones all night in a vain attempt to drown out the noise and actually get some sleep.

Theres no 24hr reception, the bar shut really early. Not enough plugs in the rooms. Bathrooms quite dirty

I had been wanting to visit ANZAC Park Memorial Gates for a long time, so I chose Aquarius for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the full range of services that Aquarius Gold Coast Resort has to offer. The refreshing drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges was a great bonus, and I enjoyed unwinding with a cold beverage after a day of exploring.
Its really hot inside the room, the electric fan is not really helping, but I understand why we paid cheap. The lady that checked me in was friendly, but the guy that checked me out was rude.

The private rooms at Aquarius Gold Coast were perfect for me as a vegetarian and vegan traveler. The fresh linen and blankets made me feel right at home, and the shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The high-powered fans kept me cool throughout my stay, and I loved having a refrigerator in the room to store my plant-based snacks.
Personally, I would have preferred if the private rooms had their own bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference and others might still enjoy the shared bathrooms.

The hotel is located in a really convenient place, just near the tram station in Southport. This makes it easy to explore the surrounding area and also reach the bustling heart of Surfers Paradise in no time. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were in place and the rooms had comfortable non-squeaky beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bar outside the hotel was a nice touch and the breakfast provided was a welcome start to the day.
One minor aspect could be improved, but overall, everything was okay.
